Admissions Requirements

To enroll at VIBE, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Must provide valid government-issued photo ID

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
     

Master Esthetics Applicants

  • Must provide official transcript showing completion of a Virginia-approved 600-hour Esthetics program​

  • Must provide copy of license prior to enrollment

Your Journey at VIBE

From your first call to state board preparation, we guide you every step of the way.

 

Step 1 — Admissions Consultation & Campus Tour

Meet with Admissions to review program details, expectations, and experience the VIBE training environment.

Step 2 — Campus Tour (Required)
Tour of the facility is required prior to enrollment.

 

Step 3 — Admissions Interview
A brief interview is conducted to ensure the program is the right fit and to confirm your readiness and goals.

 

Step 4 — Enrollment & Payment Setup

Secure your seat by signing the Enrollment Agreement and submitting your deposit or payment plan.

Step 5 — Orientation & Onboarding

Receive your start date, onboarding materials, and attend orientation to prepare for your first day.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following prior to enrollment:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Social Security number (for state reporting purposes)

  • Esthetics license or official transcript (Master program only)

  • High school diploma or equivalent may be required for certain funding programs.

All documentation must be submitted before final enrollment approval.

Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment at VIBE is confirmed once all required admissions steps are completed and approved by the Admissions Office.

A seat in the program is secured upon:

  • Completion of Admissions Consultation and campus tour

  • Approval of submitted application and documentation

  • Signed Enrollment Agreement

  • Payment of the non-refundable Registration Fee

To begin, schedule an admissions call or submit your registration form.

Transfer credit may be considered for applicants who have completed esthetics training at a state-approved institution, subject to transcript review.

Financing
Options

VIBE offers structured tuition payment plans and accepts approved workforce funding programs, including WIOA for eligible applicants

Financial arrangements are discussed during the Admissions Consultation to determine the best option for each student.​

Admissions FAQ

  • The Basic and Master Esthetics programs each consist of 600 clock hours. Program length varies depending on full-time or part-time enrollment.

  • Yes. A campus tour and Admissions Consultation are required prior to enrollment to ensure program alignment and eligibility.

  • VIBE offers structured tuition payment plans and accepts approved workforce funding programs, including WIOA for eligible applicants.

  • Transfer credit may be considered for applicants who have completed esthetics training at a state-approved institution, subject to transcript review and program alignment.

  • VIBE offers structured cohort start dates throughout the year:

    ​

    • June 22, 2026 – Full-Time Basic Esthetics (600 hours)

    • June 30, 2026 – Part-Time Basic Esthetics (600 hours)

    • August 17, 2026 – Wax Technician (115 hours)

    • January 25, 2027 – Advanced Esthetics (600 hours)

     

    Seats are limited and confirmed upon completion of the admissions process
