How It All Started
Virginia Institute of Beauty & Esthetics was founded to solve a clear problem in Northern Virginia: too many students are enrolling in esthetics programs without receiving the individualized instruction, supervised practice, and exam preparation they truly need to succeed.
We are a school-first institution, not a salon-dependent model. Our focus is education first — structured curriculum, supervised practice, and true exam preparation.

Why VIBE Was Built
Too many esthetics programs accept rushed training, overcrowded classrooms, and surface-level instruction as “normal.”

It was created in response to seeing capable, motivated students invest time and money — yet walk away unsure, underprepared, and afraid of the state board exam.

We believed a different kind of school was possible. So we built it.

About the Founder
I founded Virginia Institute of Beauty & Esthetics with one clear objective: to raise the standard of esthetics education in Prince William County.

As a licensed esthetician, business leader, and educator, I have led teams and organizations across both education and beauty. My work has always centered on structure, accountability, and developing confident professionals.

I believe education should do more than deliver information — it should create clarity, discipline, and mastery.

VIBE reflects that belief.
